If you downloaded version 3.18 of the Conservation Rank Calculator, you should now download version 3.185, available at http://www.natureserve.org/conservation-tools/conservation-rank-calculator. In version 3.18 the calculated threat was not clearing when the rest of the calculator form was cleared; that problem is fixed in version 3.185. In addition, in version 3.185 the "Copy from Tabular to Calculator Form" button copies calculated threat in addition to other fields.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Remember that you can easily move data from one calculator to another by copying data from Calculator Table and Threats Data Compiled and pasting into the respective sheets in the new calculator. Only copy editable cells, i.e. do not copy the header rows and only copy columns B-AP in the Calculator Table.
Version History:
3.18 (12/30/2014): Fixed problem of saving calculated overall threat impact that was introduced in version 3.15. Renamed 2 buttons from "Copy" to "Save" since they automatically clear the form data.
3.17 (12/18/2014): Updated threats list to match the updated list released in Biotics5.5.5. For more information, see the threats list announcement also posted to this forum today (5 Jan 2015).
3.16 (9/5/2014): Small fix to SQL for export from Biotics (“Export from Biotics5” sheet)
3.15 (8/25/2014): a) Updated SQL for export from Biotics (“Export from Biotics5” sheet) due to data model changes made in the Biotics5.5 release. b) changed the "Copy" buttons on "Calculator Form" and "Threats Assessment" sheets so that the forms are cleared automatically after copying to the tabular layout. c) Added a new "Clear data from selected rows" button to the Calculator Table.
