Following are the points of contact for each program using Biotics 5. As stipulated in the Service Level Agreement, each program has two points of contact. These people will have access to the nightly Biotics 5 backup files and will be notified via email regarding scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages. The points of contact are responsible for communicating this information to the members of their program.
