Problem:
Follow the instructions to Connect to Biotics 5 Database within ArcGIS. When exporting the query layer to a feature class or geodatabase table, the Unique Identifier field created will be renumbered starting at 1, rather than maintaining the original data.
Solution:
Export the table to a dbf, which adds a new oid field and keeps the original data within the Unique Identifier field selected in step 3.
