As of 28 Aug 2014, the rank calculator available on the NatureServe website contains export scripts for Biotics 5. They are also attached here in a separate document for your convenience.

The SQL available prior to September 8, 2014 did not export ratings for Area of Occupancy by grid cell count. The error is corrected in the attached file and in version 3.16 of the rank calculator.
