If a Crystal Report selects records based on working_list_name, the report may contain extra/unexpected records. This is because in Biotics, two different users can save two working lists with the same name. Records are gathered from both lists. The best workaround is to select records based on working_list_id; working_list_id is not case-sensitive and is faster since it is a key field. That being said, the Solution entitled Easily Find Duplicate Working List Names will enable you to determine duplicates.
