As part of the audit tracking procedures in Biotics, changes to s_rank and rounded_s_rank are routinely tracked in the audit log tables.However, the reason(s) why these changes are made are not easily documented and are just as important as the date and time that these changes are made.Recently, we implemented a set of database objects in the Central Biotics production database that will capture the date and time that a global rounded rank is changed in a table that a user can then modify to select a reason for that change.It was then suggested that this might be useful to the NHP/CDC’s to have in their database to track changes in s_rank.This package was put together so that you can implement this functionality in your Biotics database as an optional enhancement.
