WHY PERFORM THE QC:  

When a Program does not want a sensitive Source Feature (SF) uploaded to Central Biotics via the local to central data exchange process, they must mark the associated EO as ‘Do Not Exchange’ since the Source Feature table itself does not have a do_not_exchange_ind field.  Thus, independent SFs are unable to be marked as Do Not Exchange.  The query will allow you to review all your independent SFs and decide if it ok to allow us to upload all, some, or none. 

WHAT THE QUERY DOES: 

This query finds SOURCE_FEATURE records that are not associated with any EO record.

ACTION:  

Review the results of the query and let NatureServe know if we have permission to upload all, some, or none of your independent SFs.
