Improvements to the INFORMAL_GRP and INFORMAL_TAX functions which assign each Element_global record to an informal group (Informal_tax is a finer group than Informal_grp).  Changes to the functions accommodate recent updates to the scientific higher classification of arthropods, algae, chromists, and protozoa and distinguish some new standard groups such as Wool-carder Bees and Squash Bees.
