Generates bulk SQL statements to pre-append data to the EO_DATA field, for new and existing EOs , in the following format:

• SFID XXXXX: (visit date, visited by) Visit Notes.

This toolbox should be run after Script 9 has been run in the Observations Toolbox.

This was originally requested by TVA, hence the name of the Toolbox. This can easily be renamed or the format updated to meet your program's needs.
