No one is perfect and workflows have changed. This may have resulted in the data within EOs to become out of sync with its component Source Features. Let's fix it!
The Review and Update EO Data.atbx contains a single tool to compare Visit Dates to the First Observation Date, Last Observation Date, and Survey Date within the EOs, including Principal and Subs, related to the Source Features in a Working List. The toolbox generates a spreadsheet containing summarized and detailed dates for your review. Additionally, a SQL script is created to populate the Survey Date, Last Observation Date, and First Observation date fields according to the calculated minimum and maximum dates of the Visits for all SFs associated with the related EO (Principals, and Subs). The SQL script also includes additions to Surveyors, based on Visitors, and References, based on Source Feature References.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Data is reflected within the Visits table. If it’s not, consider populating it! I don’t know how to auto-magic this without data.
- A Source Feature working list – this could be every source feature if you want or a limited list
