The attached zip file contains an ArcGIS Pro toolbox and documentation regarding the Representation Accuracy toolbox which facilitates assigning Representation Accuracy (RA) Values for Source Features (SFs) and Element Occurrences (EOs). Additionally, the tool identifies records which require manual review of EOs which are comprised of SFs with differing RA values. Methodology does not dictate how to handle those cases and programs may do so differently.
