Your Biotics 5 Oracle database will remain accessible after conversion to Biotics 6, via a new URL (i.e. bioticsmo-oracle-db.natureserve.org), until mid January. Should you need to access the Biotics 5 Oracle database for data verification purposes, you need only update your tnsnames.ora file to point to the new URL. If installed according to NatureServe documentation, the tnsnames.ora file will be found in both of the following locations and needs to be updated in both files:

C:\app\client32\oracle\product\12.2.0\client_1\network\admin

C:\app\client64\oracle\product\12.2.0\client_1\network\admin

If not installed according to NatureServe documentation, perform a search for tnsnames.ora within File Explorer and update the value in the appropriate files.
