Service Level Agreement

This folder contains the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Clients provisioned with hosted services from NatureServe. The latest SLA is always posted at www.natureserve.org/sla and supersedes any previously downloaded agreements. Exhibit I attached to this agreement highlights additional terms applicable to NatureServe's Biotics 5 hosted service.
